How's the baby Telly?

He's doing well. ((Sleeps for 3 hour stretches, eats whenever he's awake (I feel like a cow; lol), etc.)) He's super cute and I just love him to pieces...

The difficulty in this puzzle is its size. A great deal of scrolling is necessary. Don't know the character, but it is a fun image.
