Oh weird, I found this because it was listed in active discussions, but when I clicked on "peek at solution" the site said that the puzzle had not been published. So I am guessing that the oops in #2 means that you unpublished it, Joe.#4: Jota (jota) on Apr 26, 2022
This came as a new puzzle today#5: Jota (jota) on Apr 26, 2022
And it is trivially solvable, so I don't understand #2#6: Gator (gator) on Apr 26, 2022 [HINT] [SPOILER]

There has only been one published version of this puzzle. It may be that the "active discussions" algorithm looks at the number of comments per time frame, and this one came preloaded with two comments. (One of which I had forgotten about...)#8: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on Apr 26, 2022 [SPOILER]
While this is line logic solvable, it is not trivial. Trivial puzzles usually have little to no whitespace because they can be solved without looking at any clue more than once. This one requires color logic (at the minimum) to start, and thus is out of the running right away.

Hmm, I just noticed two things. One is that it was more like two weeks ago that I made this puzzle, not two months. Could have fooled me, lol.#10: Michael Eddy (meddy) on Apr 27, 2022
The other is that Valerie commented on it on the 11th. This has definitely not been published until yesterday (well, very early this morning before I went to bed). Maybe your admin account showed it even though it was not published yet?
Or it could be a bug (or feature?) in the "active discussions" list. Since a puzzle creator can comment on a puzzle before it is published, it may meet the criteria for an active discussion, so that list might need to filter-out unpublished puzzles.#11: Jota (jota) on Apr 27, 2022
Joe: I apologize if I offended you by saying "trivially" I didn't mean any disrespect. It was a lot of fun to solve.#12: besmirched tea (Besmirched Tea) on Apr 30, 2022
I get the title, but not the description.#13: Gaynor Sorrell (gesorrell) on Apr 30, 2022 [SPOILER]

An update months later: Michael is correct that it was a bug in the program that writes the Active Discussions list. I've updated the code so that in the future it won't show discussions of puzzles that are not published.
That code runs once an hour, so if you unpublish a puzzle that has comments, it will still be shown in the list for up to an hour, until the next time that code runs. So it is still technically possible that an unpublished puzzle could get into the list, but now it would need to be a puzzle that had been published and then was changed back to unpublished, not a puzzle that was never published like this one was.
