It's not really a proper mondegreen. I know exactly what he's saying; this is just how I prefer to sing the lyrics (I also sing in as whiny a voice as possible).

Crud... now I have the song from the bugs bunny cartoon I think called hare of seville, when he's rubbing the growth tonic on elmer's head with both hands and both feet.

That was my first idea, to do Bugs & Elmer, but this fellow was more graphic. He's holding a straight razor alongside his face.
