Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by wombatilim.

Initial LL completes 71%. The clues are symmetrical, so if you want to assume symmetry that's fine and it's an easy solve, but I can't use symmetry to determine a lookahead rating.

R9: If the 11 extends to C1 or C15, R11 is invalid. These squares are white. LL.

C1 and C15: If R11 is black in either of these columns, there isn't enough room for both 3s in C3/C13. These squares are white. LL.

C4 and C12: If we assume the blacks in R9-10 are part of the 3 in either of these columns, R12-18 in C2/C14 would be black, which is invalid. Therefore these are the 2s.

LL to finish.

If you want to do the bare minimum of advanced logic, then you only need to do one side of each of Wombat's hints. The solve then flips from side to side in an interesting fashion
