Yes, something with numbers, I think there is part of 3, 4 and 5 on the bottom, but I don't know exactly what it is yet.

I can't find forum 118. I'm new to these forums, so maybe I don't understand how this one works.

Click on the "Forum" link on the left side of any screen you are on (above "settings" and below "print puzzles"). Then at the top of the screen that comes up, click the little blue arrow to open a window of options. Select "All topics" and then scroll down to the bottom of that list until you find "#118."

Yep,I thought it was a ruler too!

I definitely say a ruler as well. I can't see how it can be anything else. However, most rulers have other denominations between the main ones; for instance, to get one inch, you have to cross a bunch of other lines of varying widths before you reach the inch marker. So this leads away from ruler. But it still makes sense!
