Puzzle Description:

Any guesses as to what this implement is and what it was used for? (It wasn't different colors. I just used those so you could see the different parts.)

Are the black lines and circles gears and belts?
#2: Gator (gator) on Jun 23, 2021 [SPOILER]
It looks like an old planting or harvesting farm equipment.

The bottom circles are wheels and the other ones are gears. The lines are the bars that hold the thing together. And no, it isn't farm equipment. Another hint: the largest green thing is tube-shaped.
#4: Jota (jota) on Jun 23, 2021
Looks like a bike after a crash. Great solve!
#5: besmirched tea (Besmirched Tea) on Jun 23, 2021 [SPOILER]
Steam powered shopping cart?
Maybe a snow plow

Wow, this is an enigma! Another hint: the tube-shaped thing would spin while it's being used.

Another question: How would you describe the size? Is it, say, larger than a standard sheet of computer paper? Smaller than a golden retriever?

Also, I'm making a guess that it could be a miniature cement mixer. It certainly has a cylindrical part that would spin as it functions, and it is likely to be portable.

Aurelian, you got it. It's a cement mixer. It's maybe a little bigger than a motorcycle. It wouldn't mix a lot of cement, but if you had to haul it by hand, it would get heavy enough.

Woohoo! I got it right! But I won't take credit. A lot of other guesses and clues led to my guess, which I actually wasn't too certain was right. I'm glad it was, though. ^-^
