I never cared for the show, (being a guy and all) but I like this puzzle. Tricky to start, then it all falls together.

I agree it is tricky. I decided that the single pixels in the bottom row would develop into a pattern and decided that was a good place to start.#6: Gator (gator) on Jun 23, 2021 [HINT]
After the red, green and blue are placed, not much to go on to solve this one logically.
