There are 3 forms - or 6, if you count each side of each form - but you give us 5 terms. ?

1. The flattened corner is a chamfer.
2. The inside rounded corner is a fillet.
3. The enlarged cylindrical opening of the hole to accept a bolt head is a counterbore.
4. The coneshaped enlarged opening to accept a screw head is a countersink.
5. The outside rounded corner is a round.
