Puzzle Description:

Who says we only take and never give back? If you find this shadowmark near a chest or maybe a hallowed log, you're in for a surprise... a gift from the Guild for the thief in the field. Whoever said membership didn't have its privileges?

Solving this made me want to play a Jeremy Soule playlist.

I know! If I weren't in the middle of Oblivioning, I would 100% do the Skyrim Thieves Guild after getting pumped by these Shadowmarks.
This is one of my two favorite marks to find

Whenever I want to hear some Soule, I usually put on a lore video by Fudgemuppet on Youtube

This *almost* makes me want to get back into Skyrim. I never pursued the thieves guild. :)

The main storyline sorta plops you in the fighter's guild very early in the game, and the mage guild comes up pretty quickly too.

The assassin's guild is triggered by one specific event that you may or may not stumble into, but you pretty much have to seek out the thieves guild on your own.

You don't have to use the Shadowmarks to complete the guild quests, but they are useful for general house robbing
