I'm going to pretend "Flame the flame" works here, too, because it's my imagination and nobody can tell me otherwise. Plus it was my first guess. But my second, I got the answer without peeking!
Yes, even though incense doesn't create a flame, and even though the verb to flame almost certainly came from the noun.
