UPS is totally unreliable. I go to great lengths to avoid using them. One package was crushed when it arrived with the packaging on the contents broken open. No apology. nothing. One package was shipped from the east coast. All that arrived in Phoenix was an empty box. Items never get here when they say they will and often show evidence of rough handling. A birthday gift I ordered for my great grandson wandered around Phoenix for days with a daily message to me saying it's out for delivery. My attempts to get it delivered were unsuccessful and it wasn't until I managed to get through to the main office that I had any luck. I am permanent vote by mail as I take care of my elderly mother. I have - in the past - voted many different ways. Absentee, provisional, etc. Fortunately, I have not had the problems enumerated in the above comments.
