After the initial LL, I looked at R34-36C15. It either has to be a 3 clue or dots. If it is dots, then C12 would be invalid. So R34-36C15 is blue. More LL.#3: Web Paint-By-Number Robot (webpbn) on Oct 14, 2020
EL in R2 makes R2C21 a dot. LL gets another blue and dot.
EL in R3 makes R3C19-20 and R3C28-29 dots. LL to finish.
