Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by infrapinklizzard.

After LL/CL,
EL 8 r18 = c4-5, c16-17 white
LL
Anti-EL 3 c8: if it is not in r6-8, then that would force all of those rows left into c5, creating a block of three where there is only a 2. So the 3 in c8 must be in r6-8.

Then a smile to finish. (The 2 in r15 must go in the center or there would not be enough room for both 1s in r13)
