And almost a palindrome.

If the artwork was made of raw rat meat it would be rat tartar art. It's the kind of art my cats would find very interesting.

Brian, I was going to point out that when you talk of meat, the french root is used, like
cow = germanic and beef = french
pig = germanic and pork = french

But as it turns out, french for "rat" is ... "rat"

Oh, and in German Rat is a false cognate with English. It means "people or folk" thus Ratskeller, a bar, (often underground, since Keller is a true cognate of "cellar") and of course the cross-lingually politically ironic, "Rathaus" meaning City Hall....
