Don't understand it

nope, you can feed a picture through Google translate. We'll have to wait for Seulki to explain. :)

I ran the puzzle description through Google Translate. It says that it's written in Estonian, but the translation it showed was the same word that I put in, un-changed. So hopefully Seulki will explain.

It *kind* of explains things. :)

It means, "Wrong Answer." In Korean, it is "틀렸습니다" as seen in https://www.acmicpc.net/status?problem_id=15634&user_id=&language_id=-1&result_id=6&from_problem=1

Smile logic (2 instances) finishes out columns 15-25 area.

For the rest of the puzzle, we need to use some summing and some overall puzzle logic. For columns 29-37, we will need 16 red clues filled in. So we need to figure out from the rows where they will come from. We get 15 reds from the 3 clue and the six 2 clues in R2-5. That leaves either the 1 clue in R1 or R3. But which one?

Let's imagine that the missing 1 clue is from R3. This means we would have to fit in the 2 2 1 clues within C29-37. That will take up 7 of the 9 columns. However, look at how this will affect R5. Since the highest column clue is 2, then anything I put in R3 cannot reach down to R5. And I have to fill in 4 of the 9 columns. But I know that I would only be able to fill in 2 of them if I use the 1 clue from R3 in columns 29-37. Since this creates a contradiction, then R3C41 would have to be red. LL.

Now let's see how R2 and R4-5 affect each other. Wherever I place the 3 clue in R2, it cannot reach down to R4 (or R5) so it will cause dots in R4-5 in whichever columns I place the 3 clue. That leave a total of 6 columns we have to work with in R4-5. We also know that if we place a 2 clue in R5, then at least 1 cell will be forced in R4. So the 2 clues in R4-5 are connected and they have to exist within 6 columns. If we try to fill in R4-5 as far left or as far right as we can, then we quickly encounter an invalid column. So we know that one set of 2 clues must be on the left and the other set is on the right. And the 3 clue must go in R2C32-34. LL to finish.

Nice puzzle!
