EL in R20 makes R20C3-14 dots. LL.
EL on the 5 clue in C23 makes R17-18C23 dots. LL.
EL on the 6 clue in C3 makes R4C3 and R16-19C3 dots. LL.
R19C4 can be made a dot with simple edge logic.
R19C5 would force R17-19C5 to be black. Look how C8 will be affected by this. R18C8 would be black, but R17C8 and R19C8 would have to be dots makings C8 invalid. So R19C5 is a dot.
I'm going to stop there for now, but I'll try to pick this back up soon.
