I remember when people were proud of their heritage and their ethnic or national or tribal or cultural identity. Initial line & color logic gets to 68% with only black remaining.
C19: EL marks R25 black. LL.
C1: EL marks R27-29 white. LL.
R28: The 7 cannot go past C7 or C13 without creating a contradiction, so it is completely placed in in C7-C13. LL.
