I looked at the 1s in c11, c12, and c13. They must each be in r14 or r15. Now look at r15. It only has 1,1 left. No matter where you put the 1s in r15, r14c12 must be black.

Then alternating-smile logic in c6-7. Since there are only 1s in rows 5-10, the columns have only one way to fit.

Extended two-way logic ion the 1 in c11:
> If it were in r14 then r14c16 would be white
> If it were in r15 then r15c16 would be white
= Either way, the 3 in c16 would force c16r12 to be black.
