Eight solutions to this. The K is obvious from the picture, but as Kristen said, the two blue fish are interchangeable and no way to guess which one.
If either blue fish were exchanged for any of the other fish the fish would then have a unique solution. The K could be made unique by making it the same height as the other letters and thickening the diagonals.
