After LL/CL leaves only blue

The two 1s in r7 must go one each into [c3-4] and [c15-16]. So r7c19-20 must be white.

Now there are three sections that each have a 50% chance with no picture "logic" to help guess. So a 12.5% chance of getting it right first go.

Found to require some guessing by infrapinklizzard.

Yep, all but one of the blue sections have multiple solutions.
