Found to be solvable by line and color logic alone by kristen.#4: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on May 3, 2020
I thought it was unfair to call this a trivial solve.#5: Koreen (mom24plus) on May 3, 2020

Kristen, I solved this puzzle by "filling in" all the white, then all the black, iow, clicked each box only once (for perhaps the first time, with no errors or stray clicks!). That makes it feel to me like it was a trivial solve, but I might not understand what that term means....#9: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Apr 30, 2022
I think Trivial means it doesn't require logic AT ALL. And, I *guess* that could apply, here, but I hated to call one of Brian's puzzles trivial. I suppose anyone with editing power can change it back to Trivial...#10: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on Apr 30, 2022
This fits the technical definition of "trivial" on this site.
The solver marks it as trivial if it does not need to look at any row or column more than once. And you can go around the clues once and finish this puzzle.
