EL 17 c1: it can't go above r16 without causing a conflict in c2. So c1r24-32 must be black.

I called it "Moderate lookahead" just because there were 2 points in the solve I used something akin to 2-way logic in conjunction with a 1.

Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by infrapinklizzard.

And I forgot to make the determination. I think I need a break from my break.
