I was also thinking of a musical instrument at first -- in a whimsical, jokey sort of way -- but am now seeing something more serious. Perhaps a heart donation.

I agree, JoDeen. Our organs may be old when they are finally donated, but they can be useful to medical students who will want to discover our secret to staying so young and healthy for 100 years. :-)
