"That's Amore" was a 1953 Dean Martin song, and "Bella Notte" was original to 1955's Lady & the Tramp. Similar melodies, but different songs.

Yes, but the combination of Italy, romance, spaghetti, and music is common to them both, and clearly the scene in Lady and the Tramp is a reference to the other one. Which blows my mind -- I had no idea!
