It was a good puzzle. I would have enjoyed it more if it were more difficult (more white) and less predictable.

Mathematical patterns can be calculable without being predictable. Chaos theory is full of them.

Any pattern is predictable if you're smart enough to figure out the rule. You'd have to be pretty darn smart to figure out that numberphile's rules.
