I always like to highly recommend the article that Jan included on the page you see when you click on Create Puzzles. It is underlined in blue letter and the title is "Advice on Creating Puzzles". It contains some really excellent information.

Found to require some guessing by valerie.

There was only one letter that required guessing. If you make things like letters double thick, they usually don't require guessing.Thanks for the message!

Great start Sommer! I learned very early on that smiley faces almost never work unless they're quite asymmetrical, but I loved the sentiment :) Keep it up!

It took me a while to post my first PBN too. I tried to comment a lot ... it's great to have someone new aboard, especially as I feel less like a newbie with each new person :)!

Also I am okay with the occasional "requires guessing" puzzle as it often makes me feel I can guess about the parts I can't quite prove.
