Puzzle Description:

Yes, it's possible to lose as the first player without allowing an immediate win. This may not be much of a puzzle PBN-wise, but I hope those who don't know are amused.

The X's need lookahead but I found if you set the R8C5 to a dot, that makes R8C3/4 blue and creates a contradiction in R9. Same for C19 and C17/18.

As for the game? X blocks on top and then O takes either bottom corner. This would also be a loss if the non-center O were in a corner.

Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by kristen.

This is actually a good logic puzzle. I used basically the same logic, but my reasoning was this:

The left 2 in r8 can only go in [c3-6]. If it were in c3-4, it would create a conflict in r9. Therefore the range is narrowed to [c4-6] and so r8c5 must be blue.
LL finishes the left X.
Then the same thing on the right one.
