So an explanation about the name.
eggs = ägg (swedish)
noodles = nudlar (swedish)
ägg + nudlar = ägglar
Ägglar is me and my friends favorite dish when we where students, cost only 0,50€.
Its 3 fried eggs with noodles and you top it off with some sriracha(the red).
