There's a Latin word for that?!

Phobia is a Greek word, but yes, after a fashion.
from the Greek sidêros, "iron", and dromos, "run"

Oh, so it means fear of the iron runner, such as a train. I also didn't know it was Greek. Here I was thinking all these terms were Latin.

I'm sure there have been some kludged-together phobias that use Latin prefixes. :)

Some folks have complained about the term polyamory, because it combines Greek and Latin. They say it should either be polyphilia, or multiamory.

Well if your many loves include Greek and Latin, I should think it's totally valid to combine the two. ^=^
