#1: besmirched tea (Besmirched Tea) on Dec 20, 2020

Didn't see that coming!
#2: Brian Bellis (mootpoint) on Dec 20, 2020
Nice pop at the end.
#3: Alisa G (sleepsong) on Dec 20, 2020
That was actually much cooler than I expected. Very nice puzzle!
#4: Donald Clysdale (don) on Dec 20, 2020 [SPOILER]
I had no idea what it was until I saw the title, and then it popped for me too. I still had to go through it twice to make sure all the letters were there - the "r" was hiding for me. Nice puzzle and thanks, Don
#5: Aurelian Ginkgo (AurelianGinkgo) on Dec 20, 2020 [SPOILER]
Pretty clever. Like a lot of others are saying, I didn't see it until the end. At first, I thought it was just a decent abstract one that had a pretty enjoyable easy level solve. Then when the text revealed itself, I was impressed because this is one of the right ways to do text. It's usually boring and predictable otherwise. Well done.
#6: Barb Edwards (babarann) on Dec 20, 2020 [SPOILER]
surpriiiise!
#7: Joanne Firla (JoFirla) on Dec 20, 2020
Pop!! Well done.
#8: BlackCat (BlackCat) on Dec 20, 2020
What a great puzzle!!
#9: AM (adrian) on Dec 20, 2020 [HINT]
Nice!

A few letters don't seem to be in the right order though (unless I'm missing something), was that intentional, and if so, why?

The way I'm reading it, QR are reversed, and at the end I see YWXZ instead of WXYZ.

Everything I love about puzzles are here - progressive solve, pretty patterns emerging but defying understanding along the way, no irritating checkerboards, a HUGE pop with the very last pixel, and an instant admiration for the creator.
#11: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Dec 21, 2020
Ditto, what everyone else has said. :)
#12: Steve (stevieb) on Dec 21, 2020
Awesome!
#13: Koreen (mom24plus) on Dec 21, 2020
Okay, all I can say is ditto, to Kristen's ditto. Well done!
#14: darren jackson (hi) on Jan 6, 2021 [HINT]
Adrian I had to switch letters around so it would fit in a 20 x 20 grid.

this took a long time to make because I did it with the letters black on the white background and there kept being multiple solutions even when I switched colors of letters so I made the image negative. And it worked!

And bullet ... thank you. That was really deep.

That was fun. Very original. I,too, was pleasantly surprised.
