I don't think of him as a villain though

He slowly spiraled downward. He was pretty villainous toward the end.

I knew Walter White was evil when he let Jane, Jesse's girlfriend, choke to death on her own vomit.

I find it amazing that with the limited resources, few colors and a small puzzle that prevents detail, I knew exactly who it was. I don't think you had to give the drug kingpin clue. You are incredibly talented.

Whether or not he should be construed as a villain, I'd say that Heisenberg was certainly unprincipled.

When the invisible man wanted to be seen he wore clothes. But he also wore gloves and bandages around his face. It would look pretty strange if he wore clothes but had no face.
