Recognized it immediately, which usually isn't close to the case.

Verified that R3/6 C3-4 can flip the dots at the end. I wouldn't have wanted this to stop Brian posting the puzzle. After helper I put dots at R1-2 of the left 11.
I suppose you could also say "That last step's a doooozy!"
