I'll bet he's miserable after.

This is a really cute puzzle, Cheryl. Is this your sweet kitty-cat?

No, this was inspired by my friend's cat. And, yes, he was very miserable after. He's still not forgiven her.

Going to the vet is always traumatic. But I'm sure he'll recover. Thanks for the nice puzzle.

My cat hated the carrier; it took days to lure him into it, and then it was nothing but rage in a cage. Then I took him to be "fixed". He was pretty groggy for a while after the anesthesia. When it fully wore off, he seemed to have realized what was missing, and ran to the carrier and sat inside, glaring out at me, and I could almost hear him saying "Take me back there and put 'em back on!"

We always brought our cats in pillowcases. They calmed right down, because it was like a cozy little cave. It required a passenger (I went with my mom), but it was much easier to bring 'em that way.

Our cat just considers it another box. Leave the door open and he will go in, curl up and go to sleep.
