Democrat convention?

Braille Bins fits, but doesn't make sense. :)

Label Bins RI? It could be for the Rhode Island Democratic Convention...

Maybe I should change my name to Brian Wellis so the anagram is liberals win.

I'm not very political so this doesn't make muck sense to me. It was a fun solve though.

Rail Nibbles!

Brian, I would be happy to call you Brian Wellis. Hehe.

Velma, they were just two words that fit the anagram, no political message intended.

Bill, I think I did that one previously with the word nibbles in it. I tried to go back and look for it, but it seems that all my previous anagram puzzles were lost and reconstructed and need to be solved again.

You all are going to have to solve puzzle #26666 to find out. I'll meet you in the comment section there.

Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by gator.

Lots of cool line logic at the start to get a lot of dots at the beginning.

Looking at R29, the 15 clue can only go in C1-15 or C16-30 or else R28 would be invalid. This lets us dot R28C4-13 and R28C18-28.

Given how R29 can be filled in, that means that two 18 clues on the left, or the 20 and 17 clues on the right will be crossed. This lets us fill in most of rows 24-27 with dots only leaving columns 3, 14, 17, and 29 empty.

Now imagine if the 15 clue goes on the left. Looking 2 moves ahead, C1 would become invalid. So the 15 clue must go on the right.

It solves with line logic from that point forward.

Great puzzle!
