Heh. While the word "Tab" is written vertically, the bottle of Tab is lying horizontal. I haven't seen the Tab brand name on the shelves for decades (in Ontario, at least), so it took a bit of thought to recognise it. This is the flip side of a cartoon I saw many years ago - a U.S. embassy in an unidentified country is under siege by the locals who are throwing bottles (some of them lit) with a familiar shape. One diplomat is saying to the other "Sometimes I begrudge Coca Cola's world-wide marketing ability." Not all beverages have that universal recognition factor.

This is from an Oct 2018 publication:

TaB is not being discontinued nationally,'' Coca-Cola said in a statement to TODAY Food. "For years, TaB has been available in select locations and stores across the country, as local bottlers have the option to choose whether to sell TaB based on local preferences.

That is "nationally" in the U.S. I haven't seen it for decades here. The wikipedia page lists where it is available - a small number of countries, no where near as universal as Coka-Cola itself (the parent company).
