Unless I'm missing something, not logically solveable. To get the black in the upper right, I guessed several times.
Doesn't mean I didn't enjoy it, tho. ;-)

If you tally all the horizontal black clues and assume the blotted are 1's then tally the vertical, the blotted black in c20 must be at least 8. Edge logic requires it to go from r5-r11. Summing blotted clues can be a huge help.

Brian's method works. Yes, it's moderate lookahead, as it is neither line logic nor color logic.

Thank you Brian for the summing tip - I didn't think of that. You can then place enough of C20 without EL to finishe with LL alone.
