Hmmm, I think you may have overdone the blots here, Brian. As-is I need to resort to symmetry to solve, which I can't mark as lookahead. If you un-blot R1 or R8 (and you may only need to un-blot one side in R8) this would definitely be solvable. If you're aiming for moderate, then I think R1 would be the way to go.
