once again, a simple puzz that is easy to "see" what you're going for and solves easily enough with an educated guess...but I'm not seeing how you can logically get there. I do a lot of canning with pressure cookers. Both with guages and weights. I love to hear when other people do it. We do so much preserving that we are just about self-sufficient.
