This is a really nice puzzle, but I didn't finish it because even with guessing I did not see a route to solve the black in the middle. el the red 7 in r40 to dot r40, c's 35-37. LL
el the red 4 in c37 to dot c37, r's 38 and 39. LL will solve the rest of the red and most all of the black to be the mustache...
From there, you can place a number of el and iel dots, but nothing that breaks it open to finish(that I can find). I'm thinking it's "guessing".

Puede resolverse todo menos la nariz y ojos. Ni con guessing ni con nada.
