I'm amazed that nobody defined "dipthong" in all this time! It's a combination of two or more vowel sounds, such as "sound" which is actually three. Saound (using pre-vowel-shift sounds of ah eh ee oh oo)#21: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Feb 5, 2024 [HINT]
Ironically "Me" has a single vowel sound (mi), but it's often turned into the dipthong May (mei) when sung.
This would be easier to describe out loud. :)
