I don't think any waitress would appreciate the 3 pennies I found. Fun puzzle. Cute idea.

Fun! I thought it was a squirrel having coffee with nuts...

No, Norma no waitress would appreciate a 3 cent tip. But I appreciated using this site for another game I'm playing where I had to use "27cents of loose change you found in your couch", "Diner" and "waitress".

Sounds like a fun game, Megan.

Even the 27 cents is not a good tip. When I worked as a waiter for a year, I decided that $2 is the minimum tip I'm happy with, so that is the minimum I leave (except for really bad service, in which case I leave a nickel).

Thanks Megan.

I have worked in the food service industry and wait staff have a lower minimum wage than most other jobs. They justify it as incentive for them to work harder to make tips. Places where i am a regular, they know i tip well, 20%, so they take good care of me.
