Puzzle Description:

Inspired by the Necker cubes illusion, plus happy little house faces.

#1: John Macdonald (perlwolf) on Dec 17, 2018 [SPOILER]

Reminds me of Habitat from Expo 67.
#2: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Dec 17, 2018 [SPOILER]
I didn't know that cube had a name. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Necker_cube

But I enjoyed the surprised little houses. :)

Again, a nice puzzle with a fun result. It went pretty quickly once I found the 'key'.
#4: CB Paul (cbpaul) on Dec 17, 2018 [SPOILER]
These are interesting. The happy little house faces were a big help.
#5: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Dec 17, 2018
This was fun. I, too, liked the happy house faces.
#6: Bill Eisenmann (Bullet) on Dec 17, 2018
Why do I hear Bob Ross' voice?

At least four of the first six raters must have voted this Line Logic Solvable. It is not.

The built in puzzle-creator test program is very capable. It is vanishingly unlikely that it would not mark a line-logic solvable puzzle as such, leaving no vote. So if you see that you can vote on the solvability of a puzzle, it is 99.99% likely it is not Line Logic Solvable.

After purple logic (Hint button) runs out,
LL r17 = c9, c11 white
LL r13 = c3, c5 w
LL r10 = c3, c5 w
LL c11 = r5, r7 w

And that's it for line logic.

Edge Logic 13 c1 limits its range to r17-30, and so r1c18-29 must be blacK

more purple logic,
LL r25 = c6, c8 w
LL r26 = c6, c8 w
purple logic to finish

Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by infrapinklizzard.

Several things:

First, Brian H., I, too, love the faces. And I love that the surface of a cube can be called a face, so to put faces on the faces just delights a part of me that I'm pretty sure is linked to my love of word play. There is just something so right about putting faces on faces.

Second, the solve was enjoyable. I found it to be easy, but not so easy that you could afford to lose your place. Also, the only edge logic that was required was also very easy.

Squaresville, quite literally!
#11: Jota (jota) on Dec 31, 2018
I enjoyed the solve, obviously not line logic.

What I fun solve. Great design!
