Puzzle Description:

Because I have had so much trouble trying to get to make puzzles,I couldn't get this made in time to give it to my daughter Chastydy for her 5th b-day. And I had to use a new name again. I don't know if I will ever get this solved but if not I'll just keep opening new accounts.You probably all realize that this is your old pal Aldege. Hope this puzzle is fun gang.

Are you remembering your password, and entering it? The main difference at a library computer is that you have to fully log in, each and every time, because a public terminal won't save your password for you.
