Telly, I'm in Santa Barbara county which is higher than most of California (I remember going to Utah to visit my daughter & was so excited about how much lower gas was there)

Yeah, I can see that. I just took a trip to southern CA (Anaheim and LA) and found the prices comparable to Utah's. But When I drove to Sacramento area it was much cheaper. So somewhere it must be cheap in CA to make our state higher overall. Sorry Santa Barbara is so expensive.
