What fun to solve another vehicle from you.

Some browsers are not compatible with webpbn. If you are not using Google Chrome you could try using that. Joe and some of the other more computer literate can probably help you. But maybe the library is committed to a browser not common in the states.

One thing that might simplify the repeated new account annoyance is to simplify your account names: e.g., smithtemp-1, smithtemp-2, etc. Just a thought.

I work at a library (though not a Canadian library), and I'm able to access WebPBN all the time. Maybe you aren't actually logging on? Guests can't make comments, but members can.

Did you write down (or remember) your password each time?

It *could* be the browser, but our guest computers wipe the cache each time a user logs off, so nobody can access someone else's personal information. You probably aren't used to fully logging on, because a home computer will let you store your password.

Since this is a public computer, you have to enter the password each and every time!
