I think that's the "Black Hole Sun" that Soundgarden goes on about. :)

So I got stuck at a tricky spot on this one. I took a break and came back to it the next day. Then a piece of line logic revealed itself. With a careful eye, you'll see in column 32 that there are three blue 1s. If you solvers did not catch it on your own, I'd like to give you the hint that C32, rows 13 and 15 from the top should be dotted/white to surround C32R14, which is blue. LL solved the rest for me from there.

I couldn't see a way to solve this with just moderate lookahead. I had three steps that I think are deep lookahead:

LL/CL
EL blue 2 in R18: R18 C34 is white

C33 doesn't have a lot of space to spare.
If C29 R16 is blue, then C33 R16 is white. Also C31 R16, making C31 R18 blue, making C33 R18 white.
That's too much white for C33, so C29 R16 is white.

LL

R13 has a single remaining blue 1, so most of that row will be white.
If R13 C30-31 are white, then (EL) R16 C30 is blue and R16 C31 is white, contradicting the blue 2 in R16.
So R13 C29,33-34 are white.

The blue 3s in R10 and R12 don't have much room to manuever.
If R12 C32-34 is blue, then R10 C33 is white and R12 C31 is white, making R11 C31 blue, making R10 C31 white.
Those two whites in R10 contradict the blue 3 in R10, so R12 C34 is white.

LL to finish.

Initial line & color logic completes 95% with only blue remaining.

R18: EL marks C32 blue. Minimal LL.

R12: If the 3 goes into C29, R16C29 would also be blue, which makes the column invalid. Therefore R12C29 is white. Minimal LL.

R12: If the 3 goes into C30, it completes that column and the next step will place the 2 in C29 into R16-17, which completes C29. R11 would no longer have enough room to place its remaining clues, so R12C30 is white.

Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by wombatilim.
