Puzzle Description:
Memento mori.

Line and color logic gets everything but the red. (There is one sticky point, but it can be done.)#2: Web Paint-By-Number Robot (webpbn) on Jul 21, 2018
Then edge logic on the 3 in c35 makes r14-16 white.
Line logic.
Look at the 3s in r14 & r15. They cannot both be in c31 because of the 1. Therefore one has to be in c28-30. Since there is a 1 in c28, that makes the rest of c28 white (i.e. c28r16 & r20 are white).
Likewise, those two 3s cannot both be in c28, so one must be in c31-33 and so the rest of c31 must be white (i.e. c31r13, r16, & r20 are white).
Then LL to finish.
Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by infrapinklizzard.#3: Jane Butcher (jane-o) on Jul 21, 2018 [SPOILER]
I'm more of an Amor Fati woman, I'm working on Momento Mori though. Thanks for the reminder.#4: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Jul 22, 2018 [SPOILER]
For the longest time, I thought it was a hand holding a blue pen, and drawing a picture. I thought Maury might be the artist or the subject. :)#5: JoDeen Mozena (ozymoe) on Jul 22, 2018 [SPOILER]
I'm old. I was thinking Maury Povich. After the face became clear I knew it was someone or something I did not know. I had a fantastic time solving it, however...thanks, Joe!#6: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Jul 24, 2018
I do know Morimoto, the Iron Chef lol.
That was the first Maury I thought of, as well. I suppose he's the most famous Maury. :)
