I got: use the ... new lamp shade.
new lamp shade > New Hampshire.

Ignoring the blue, and the utter lack of an r sound, and that "new" can't be represented by "new". I guess oo-amp-sh was enough for me.

And I finally walked across the room, pulled the atlas off the shelf, and opened to the Contents, where all the states are listed.

sigh.
