Puzzle Description:

Are you missing a Bible character?

#1: Spot (Pspaughtamus) on May 27, 2018 [SPOILER]

Ah, Noah, rhymes with Iowa? Before I got the last piece and the description, I thought it was a dolphin, which would rhyme with Wisconsin.
#2: Susan Eberhardt (susaneber) on May 28, 2018 [SPOILER]

after ll/cl leaves eleven blue pixels unsolved,
two-way logic left 2 r2: whether it goes into c25 or c27, r11c26 must be white.
LL
el 2 r1 = [c28-30] so r1c29 must be blue
ll
two-way logic 2 r4 = whether it goes left or right, it will trigger the 1 in r5, so r5c28 & c30 must be white.
ll
if the 2 in c28 were in r1-2, there would not be enough room for the 1,1 in c30. So c28r1 must be white.
ll to finish
#9: Bill Eisenmann (Bullet) on May 29, 2018 [HINT] [SPOILER]
Spout logic to finish.

Well I'm not a religious man, but I didn't know Waldo was in the bible.
#11: Susan Duncan (medic25733) on May 31, 2018
Cool whale

Hah! I got another one. But I started at the end of the alphabetical list, looking for the rhyme for Johah. Last state, and it's MY STATE! Yipee! Really fun solve, Brian.
