At first, I thought, "Why would Brian no longer need a hug?" LOL. Then I saw the straight jacket. But didn't get the Sane-Maine rhyme. So with no collar, I thought maybe he was shirtless and needed a New Jersey, but that was not a rhyme. I also wondered why Brian no longer needs a bra. Hahaha.
